परीक्षा की स्कीम और पाठ्यक्रम(Scheme And Syllabus of Examination)
The Competitive Examination shall be held to test the ability of the candidate in the following subjects and each subject will carry the the number of marks shown gender:-
(A) SECTION A
1. WRITTEN TEST :
The written test shall consist of one paper of 300 marks comprising of :-
i. General Hindi – 50 Questions 100 marks
ii. General English – 50 Questions 100 marks
iii. General knowledge – 50 Questions 100 marks

2. लिखित परीक्षा के आयोजन की विधि(Method of Conducting Written Test)
i. Each part shall have 50 multiple choice questions bearing 2 marks for each question.
ii. Written test will be conducted through OMR answer sheet.
iii. There shall be no negative marking for wrong answer in the written test.
3. Syllabus for written test Shall be as under:

i. संधि, संधि के भेद और संधि विच्छेद
ii. समास, समास के भेद, विग्रह और सामाजिक पदों की रचना
iii. उपसर्ग
iv. प्रत्यय
v. पर्यायवाची शब्द
vi. विपरीतार्थक (विलोम) शब्द
vii. अनेकार्थक शब्द
viii. शब्द युग्म/समश्रुत शब्द
ix. शब्द-शुद्धि
x. वाक्य-शुद्धि
xi. वाच्य
xii. वाक्यांश के लिए एक सार्थक शब्द
xiii. मुहावरे और लोकोक्तियां
2. English
i. Improvement of sentence
ii. Tenses /Sequences of Tenses
iii. Voice : Active and Passive
iv. Narration : Direct and Indirect
v. Transformation of Sentences : Assertive to Negative, Interrogative, Exclamatory and vice-versa
vi. Use of Articles, Determiners and Prepositions
vii. Correction of Sentences including Subject, Verb, Agreement, Degrees of Adjectives, Connectives and words wrongly used
viii. Synonym and Antonyms
ix. One Word Substitutions
x. Prefixes and Suffixes
xi. Confusable words
xii. Idioms and Phrases
3. General Knowledge
i. Current affairs
ii. Geography and Natural Resources
iii. History and Culture of Rajasthan
(B) SECTION-B
1. TYPEWRITING TEST ON COMPUTER
The Computer Test (Speed and Efficiency Test) shall consists of two papers:-
I. PAPER – I SPEED TEST
i. Hindi [Duration 5 minutes (25 marks)]
ii. English [Duration 5 minutes (25 marks)]
MINIMUM MARKS:
For SC/ST and PH Candidates – 20 marks
For Other Candidates – 22.5 marks
II. PAPER – II EFFICIENCY TEST
[Duration 10 minutes (50 marks)]
MINIMUM MARKS:
For SC/ST and PH Candidates – 20 marks
For Other Candidates – 22.5 marks
2. गति एवं दक्षता परीक्षा के आयोजन की विधि(Method of Conducting Speed and Efficiency Test):-
i. The font for Computer Test Shall be “Kruti Dev 010” for Hindi and “CALIBRI” for English.
ii. Minimum Speed should be 8,000 Key Depressions per hour on Computer. Data will have to be fed in dual language i.e. English and Hindi.
iii. Efficiency Test may be taken on word processing software. It shall include formatting of Text, Paragraph, Page and Table using proper methods and formatting of letters.
